The ECO2RUPPERS North Central Volunteer Zone is designed to mobilise a network of eco-conscious youths across all 121 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in the largest national Green Citizen Impact campaign in Africa. Its mission is to activate practical measures to domesticate the SDG Decade of Action and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The volunteer platform builds a network of community-based SDG Action Marshalls who are specifically trained, empowered, and deployed to contribute toward creating a greener, cleaner, gender-responsive, and socially inclusive society. Their efforts target a net-zero footprint through multi-industry, multi-stakeholder, and multi-cultural civic action campaigns that generate a climate of green profits for North Central Nigeria.

ECO2RUPPERS North Central is positioned to drive a statewide gender- and youth-based Development Impact Marshalls Programme, grounded in the conviction that women and youths must be at the frontlines of leadership and action to achieve inclusive, sustainable, and equitable progress and development in North Central.
